Before we invest in the leadership bench, everyone in the Americas org gets the same starting point. A two-hour virtual workshop on Influence Without Authority — the skill of shaping outcomes through connection, credibility, and trust, without needing the title in the room to do it.

Twenty ServiceNow leaders join the Soft Skilled School for six months. One skill each month, tactical and applied, workshopped live. On top of the school, a custom ServiceNow layer with Grace — pointed at the exact rooms they walk into every week.

Weekly hour with Grace
One hour every week, just for the ServiceNow cohort. Applied practice on live work — the meeting they got frustrated in, the stakeholder they can't crack, the moment they held back.

Monthly capstone artifact
Each skill produces a tangible artifact tied to their ServiceNow work. Six months in, they've built a body of work — reports, playbooks, frames — not a certificate.

Milestones + measurement
Baseline data at kickoff, exit data at close, monthly milestones each participant carries into 1:1s with their manager. Growth is visible, tracked, and defensible in the next review cycle.
Kickoff
A 30-minute 1:1 with each participant to set intent, name their #1 stakeholder tension, and baseline the data.
Closing showcase
Each participant delivers a 10-minute signature talk to leadership in January. Virtual by default, in-person if the cohort is co-located.
