Array Rising

First, they join the school.

The Soft Skilled School is a private community where a tight cohort works through one high-leverage skill per month. Live workshops, learning labs, office hours, and full recordings — tactical, applied, and paced to fit real jobs. Every Array participant gets a full seat.

02 — The Array Layer
Array Rising

Then we build the layer that's just yours.

SSS gives them the toolkit. The Array Layer points those tools at the exact rooms they walk into every week — with Grace directly, week over week, for three months.

Weekly hour with Grace
One hour with the Array group, every week. Applied practice on live work — the meeting they walked out of, the stakeholder they can't crack, the moment they held back.

Monthly capstone artifact
Each SSS skill produces a tangible artifact tied to their Array work — a trend report, a stakeholder user manual, an innovation idea. They finish with a body of work, not a certificate.

Milestones + measurement
Baseline data at kickoff, exit data at close. Monthly milestones each participant carries into 1:1s with their manager — so growth is visible, not vibes.
Kickoff
A 30-minute 1:1 with each participant to set intent, name their #1 stakeholder tension, and baseline the data.
Closing showcase
Each participant delivers a 10-minute showcase to Kelly and leadership. Virtual by default, in-person if the cohort is co-located.
